Straight investments which are not designated as real estate purchases are also processed at a high rate of return. Because of high-cost internal filing fees, no refunds are available. Property values are set to increase after 31 December 2010 and interest rates on investments will rise accordingly. Current interest rate is set at 3.2% per year. All investments are final. All dividends will be paid according to investment date. Pay-outs will begin following an 18-month earning period.
